Hi! I’m Shashank Jani.

I started my retail journey in 1986, I was on sales floor for 4 years as a store manager, even before the 1st Organized store Shoppers stop came in 1991. Since then, it's all been on the up and up. I've worked in every part of a retail business, from warehousing, packaging, inventory management to sales, buying, visual merchandising, and business management! I've worked for over 30 years in retail with international brands like ALDO, Mango, Bally, Inglot, Tommy Hilfiger, BHS, Mothercare, and many, many more... In all that time, I've personally spent millions on my personal education and training to be better in every aspect of running a retail business imaginable!
